Payment:
The price of "Kids with Courage" is $14.95. Checks must be made payable in US funds to Wisconsin Clearinghouse. Please, do not send cash. All orders less than $25 must be prepaid, including orders accompanied by purchase requisitions. Please include shipping and handling fee of 10% ($3.00 minimum) with your payment and appropriate sales tax (if applicable). Only Wisconsin residents pay 5.5% sales tax, and may be subject to a county sales tax. Please note your tax exempt status (if applicable) and your federal tax exempt number on your order.

First-time customers, please send full payment or your purchase order with your order. For faster service, pre-pay by check or credit card.

Delivery:
Normal delivery usually takes less than 10 business days. To speed your order, please provide your street address (not a P.O. Box), and your 9 digit zip, yours and ours (53705-4085) for UPS delivery.
